Clients may reach out to Christine by phone or email to schedule. She takes clients Monday-Friday by appointment only.

Christine does not take insurance at this time. However, if you have a PPO plan Christine is able to provide you with a ‘Super Bill’ to submit to your insurance company as an Out-Of-Network Provider. Most of her clients receive reimbursement through this method based on the predetermined rate that is part of your individual insurance plan.

Please note there is a $50 late fee for any appointments cancelled within 24hrs of your scheduled session.

Please wear comfortable athletic-style clothing that allows you to move without restrictions. It’s also helpful to bring your completed intake paperwork to your initial examination and any recent (within the last 3years) imaging and/or test results that pertain to your injury, if applicable.

Christine does not accept credit cards at this time.
